Our Mission
Our mission is to provide to each of our clients legal representation and services that protect a patient's right and access to affordable, high quality medical care. Personal service and attention to detail are the hallmarks of our commitment to our clients.
We are lawyers who are also doctors and nurses. We view our law practice as an extension of our medical practice in that our goal is to be patient-advocates: to represent the legal interests of patients, particularly in the "HMO" and "managed care" area. We represent clients in matters of insurance denials and medical malpractice. We represent no insurance companies.
